School show
“A Question of Courage” is this year’s production for Christchurch Girls’ High School and Christchurch Boys’ High School. The play, adapted from a novel by Marjorie Darke, is about the women’s suffrage movement before women were granted the vote. Elody Rathgen will produce the play, which will be
performed on April 27, 28, 30 and May 1, at the Christchurch Teachers College auditorium. The play was written from the novel by an expupil of Christchurch Girls’ High, Sigi Jottenkandt. A cast of 30 has been rehearsing for about six weeks.
