BERRY, John Francis (Jack) (late of Mona Vale Avenue) - On April 21,1984, at Christchurch, dearly loved husband of the late Norah, beloved father and father-in-law of Peter and Barbara (Westport), and Klrwan and Jan, and the late Paul, and Frances, and loved granddad of Raymond, Vivian, Angela, Jeannie, Russell, and Rhona, and Craig and Kaye.
