Civilians, especially those with what appears to be cushy jobs, annoy the soldiers with their snide

comments and selfish attitudes. and wives are not happy about being left alone again.

The soldiers return to camp where a meeting is held to discuss the question of staying in New Zealand, and there are many forceful arguments both for and against.

The play was produced by Ross Jolly, and the main roles are played by Simon O’Connor, Brian Sergent. Gilbert Goldie, Prue Langbein and Cliff Wood.
