Driving ban appeal
PA Hamilton The Whangamata man ordered to stop driving school buses will appeal against the ban. The Ministry of Transport confirmed that Mr Gordon Henry has filed an appeal against a Ministry decision
to revoke his nus driver’s licence. A Waihi District Court hearing date is yet to be set for the appeal. Earlier this month the Ministry banned Mr Henry from thriving school buses after it obtained a second medical report.
