Right expires 1988. Christchurch Drainage Board, Sumner: to discharge up to 10,400 m3/day stormwater into the sea from a proposed outfall opposite Hardwicke Street, Sumner, conditions apply. Right expires 1986. District Commissioner of Works, Lincoln: to discharge up to 3.1 m3/day septic tank effluent via an above ground field tile soakage system. Condition applies.
