PA ;■ Wellington The Television New Zealand programme, "Radio With Pictures,” has been described as extraordinary by the Minister of Education, Mr Wellington. Mr Wellington told guests at the opening of the Auckland Grammar School music suite last evening that he had occasionally seen the programme. “Indeed, I am not sure which is worse — the socalled ‘radio’ or the pictures,” he said. “Vivaldi, Corelli, Handel, Beethoven, and Vaughan Williams are as enjoyable and relevant in 1984 as they were centuries ago,” he said. “I am, however, less sure of the Beatles and company and some others I have seen occasionally on an extraordinary programme called ‘Radio With Pictures’.”
