All households and business premises in the townships of Omau, Carters Beach, Brougham Street — Eastons Road — Orowalti, Waimangaroa, Birchfield, Granlty, Hector, Ngakawau and Mokohlnul and all households within 100 metres of the main road between Tauranga Bay and the Moklhlnui River Bridge. That all such households and premises will, for the financial year commencing April 1, 1984, and ending March 31, 1985, be delivered the same number of rubbish bags as was delivered for the 1983-84 service year unless arranged otherwise. Delivery of bags is scheduled for completion by April 30, 1984.
