Tanzanian floods
The State-owned Tanzanian “Daily News” reports that 23,000 people have been cut off by flooding in the Kyela district of the 'southern highlands. The flood was caused by seasonal heavy rains which were aggravated by the lack of adequate drainage facilities in affected areas. — Dar es Salaam.
