MANAGER Processed Meats Our client has completed a major development of their processing facilities for consumer meats. A manager is to be appointed to ensure achievement of the outstanding potential in this complex. The challenge and scope in this position will provide personal satisfaction , for a top performer. This operation will be run as an independent profit centre. Products include fresh, frozen and canned processed meats for institutional and specialty markets. Future developments are expected to emphasise expansion of the product range and very significant increase in exports. Applications are sought from individuals with management and marketing expereince in the meat industry. Familiarity with processed meats would be an advantage but is not essential. A strong appreciation of market demands and opportunities is vital. Because this is a new appointment, the strength and ability to visualise and guide the operation's development is also particularly important. The salary package, including benefits, are fully negotiable with the appointee. These rewards will meet,the expectations of excellent candidates.
