The ordinary and convertible preference shares of Hawke’s Bay Farmers’ CoOperative Association, Ltd, have been removed from the list of companies on the New Zealand Stock Exchange after the take-over by Brierley Investments, Limited, has been virtually completed. Company remains listed in respect of its debenture stock.
