Southair formed
A new company, Southair Aviation Services (Christchurch), Ltd, will be formed to run the Christchurch engineering division of Airwork New Zealand (1983), Ltd. As reported yesterday, Kidd Garrett Holdings, Ltd, has sold the Christchurch and Auckland activities of Airwork, which was formerly based in Christ-
church and listed on the stock exchange. The managing director of the Southair’s new Christchurch company, Mr M. C. Kelly, said that the firm, and also Southair Aviation Services (Timaru), Ltd, which he also heads, had no connection with Mount cook Group, Ltd, in terms of share capital.
