Summit Road
Sir,—l am irritated by the lack of foresight shown by the Heathcote County Council. Some time ago the council resealed a section of the Summit Road. In spite of complaints to the County Clerk, no attempt has been made to clear loose metal which has built up into banks on the roadsides and comers. This loose metal is dangerous to cyclists who are fairly frequent users of this road.—Yours, etc., TIM KERR. March 12, 1984.
