ANZCERT : 1984-85 EXCLUSIVE AUSTRALIAN LICENCES (EALs) (i) import Licence Tendering : Tendered Exclusive Australian Licences (TEALs) CALL FOR TENDERS Round 13 The Call for Tenders for ANZCERT Import Licence Tendering, which include a broad range of consumer and industrial goods is now available in a supplement to the New Zealand Gazette dated 9 March 1984. Prospective tenderers NOT on the Register of Tenderers can purchase the Gazette at the bookshops of the Government Printer. Tenders close at 5.00 pm on Monday 30 April 1984. No late tenders will be accepted. The ANZCERT tendering procedures were published in the ANZCERT Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette dated 3 February 1984. A copy will be sent to those on the Register. Tenderers should note that for ANZCERT tendering several new provisions have been incorporated in the Guide. (ii) Manufacturers Exclusive Australian Licences (MEALs) The 1984-85 MEALs are now available as set out in this Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette dated 9 March 1984. Applications close at 5.00 pm on Friday 6 April. No late applications will be accepted. The MEAL allocation procedures are set out in the ANZCERT Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette dated 3 February 1984. (iii) Rules of Origin IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT ANZCERT TENDERING IS FOR GOODS OF AUSTRALIAN ORIGIN ONLY, I.E. PRODUCTS WHICH MEET THE CRITERIA FOR AUSTRALIAN ORIGIN AS CONTAINED IN THE CUSTOMS REGULATIONS 1968, AS AMENDED. THE NEW ZEALAND AUSTRALIA RULES OF ORIGIN ARE DETAILED IN'ARTICLE 3 OF THE ANZCERT AGREEMENT.
