The first tunnel from Naval Point reclamation to Magazine Bay has been pierced and work on the second tunnel, from Magazine Bay to Corsair Bay, has begun. The pipeline will then travel under Lyttelton Harbour to Rapaki Point and over the Port Hills to the Woolston L.P.G. depot.
