Public Notices GENERAL FINANCE LIMITED NOTICE OF MEETING OF HOLDERS OF DEBENTURE STOCK ISSUED UNDER THE 1963 DEBENTURE TRUST DEED OF GENERAL FINANCE LIMITED NOTICE is hereby given that by an Order dated December 16,1983, the High Court of New Zealand has directed a meeting of the holders of Debenture Stock of the Company constituted and secured by the Debenture Trust Deed of the Company dated November 21,1963 (as supplemented and amended) whose Debenture Stock matures for redemption after March 31, 1984 be convened for the purpose of considering and if thought fit approving a Scheme of Arrangement proposed to be made between the Company and the holders of such Debenture Stock, such meeting to be held at Majestic Cabaret, Majestic Theatre Building, Willis Street, Wellington on Wednesday, March 28, 1984 at 230 p.m. at which place and time the said Stockholders are requested to attend. A copy of the said Scheme of Arrangement and a copy of the statement required to be furnished pursuant to Section 206 of the Companies Act 1955 is available from the Investment Registrar, General Finance Limited, Wellington (P.O. Box 2695, Telephone 724164) or from the local Branch of General Finance Limited. If you are unable to attend the meeting a proxy form should be completed to be received by the Investment Registrar by 230 p.m. on March 27, 1984. The resolution to be proposed at such meeting will be as follows: THAT the Scheme of Arrangement dated the 12th day of December, 1983 between General Finance Limited and the holder of Debenture Stock of General Finance Limited constituted secured and issued under its Debenture Trust Deed dated November 21,1963 as supplemented by a supplemental Trust Deed dated March 13, 1973 and amended by a Deed of Modification dated October 18, 1974 whose Debenture Stock matures for redemption after March 31,1984 a copy of which has been submitted to this meeting and signed for the purpose of identification by the Chairman hereof, be and it is hereby approved.
