Colombo appeals
An Anglican priest and his secretary have appealed against their death sentences for the murder of their spouses. Mathew Peiris, aged 67, and Dalrene Ingram, aged 37, were sentenced on February 15 by a three-judge High Court after a 165-day trial without a jury.—Colombo, Sri Lanka. .
