Taxman calls
Taxpayers have util tomorrow evening to pay their 1962-83 income tax before facing a 10 per cent additional tax imposed by the Inland Revenue Department / With . only today and tomorrow left to pay outstanding tax payments before additiopal tax is im-
posed, the department has received about half of the expected 60,000 payments. A spokesman said that this was about normal, and that large numbers of taxpayers left it until the last two days before paying, bnt eventually most did pay and avoided the extra tax.
