An order for the winding up of Normandy Development, Ltd, formerly known as Ray Knight Cycles, Ltd, was made by Mr Justice Cook in the High Court yesterday after Healing Industries, Ltd, proved a debt of $20,865 for cycle accesA
sories supplied between October, 1982, and January, 1983. The debtor company was incorporated in 1979 with a nominal capital of $5OO. The Official Assignee (Mr I. A. Hansen) was appointed the provisional liquidator.
