Public Notices IN THE MATTER of Section 102 of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 AND IN THE MATTER of an application by Brent Ewen Paulsen for a Tavernkeeper’s Licence APPLICATION FOR TAVERNKEEPER’S LICENCE TAKE NOTICE that Brent Ewen Paulsen of 15 Aynsley Terrace, Christchurch, has applied to the Canterbury Licensing Committee for a Tavernkeeper’s Licence in respect of the Canterbury Tavern at Lyttelton. Any person over the age of eighteen (18) years who is resident in the Canterbury Licensing District who wishes to object to the grant of such Tavernkeeper’s Licence shall do so by notice in writing filed with the clerk of the Canterbury Licensing Committee, District Court, Christchurch, within fourteen (14) days of the date of first publication of this notice. This is the second publication of this notice. IN THE MATTER of the wine Makers' Regulations, 1982 AND IN THE MATTER of an application by GIESEN WINE ESTATE (CANTERBURRY), LIMITED, for the grant of a wine maker’s licence. GIESEN WINE ESTATE (CANTERBURY), LIMITED, a duly Incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch, hereby gives notice of its application for the grant of a grape vine licence to make wine on the premises situated at Main South Road, Burnham, Canterbury, and to sell wine of its making or wine of its making and blended with wine made by any other holder of a grape wine licence such wine to be delivered from the premises situated above.
