Rheem bonus
PA Wellington Rheem New Zealand, Ltd, announced that it would make a bonus issue of ordinary 50c shares on the basis of one share for every four shares already held. The bonus shares will rank equal in all respects with existing shares, and the final dividend for the year will be paid on the capital increased by this issue, the company said. The directors said they were confident that the annual result would show a continuation of the improvement reported in the first half year, and that the dividend rate would be maintained on the increased capital.
