Laos, Vietnam, and the Vietnam-backed Government in Kampuchea are reported to have agreed to pool any knowledge they may have of Americans missing in action in Southeast Asia in the 1960 s during the Vietnam conflict and to work with American nongovernmental organisations in the search for them. The agreement was set out in a communique from the three governments after a conference of their three Foreign Ministers in Vientiane, Laos, at .the week-end.—New YorJu,
