Third Chappell to quit?
NZPA-AAP Brisbane Trevor Chappell, the third of the famous cricketing brothers, hinted yesterday he could retire from the game. Trevor, aged- 31, said cricket was now a season to season proposition and there was no guarantee he would be available to play for New South Wales next summer. < “Mjr cricketing future
really depends on how much enthusiasm I retain,” the N.S.W. all-rounder said at the Brisbane Cricket Ground. lan Chappell, the eldest of the three brothers, retired as a player in 1980 and Greg Chappell last week stepped down from international cricket, although he intends to be available for Queensland at least until the end of this season. #
