Hearing adjourned
An action between Meadow Mushrooms, Ltd, and the Paparua County Council, to be heard by the Planning Tribunal this week, has been adjourned to the week of March 19 next year. A further action between J. Rattray and Son, Ltd, and the Christchurch City Council regarding the Sydenham Countdown Foodbarn has been adjourned sine die pending a Court of Appeal decision.
