Braedoon at Clevedon
The Blenheim-owned and trained Braedoon has gone north to join the Clevedon team of Roy and Barry Purdon. He has been scratched from the main race at the Rangiora meeting on Saturday. Braedoon has the New Zealand Messenger series, starting on December 23, at Alexandra Park, as his main mission this month. The four-year-old by Noodlum raced most con-
sistently at the New Zealand Cup meeting where he finished a close second to Mighty Me over 2000 m on November 19 at his most recent appearance.
