Butlers threatened
NZPA-PA London Two Royal- butlers had received death threat calls from a man with an Irish accent, one of them said yesterday. Andrew Lightwood, who quit his job with Princess Anne after receiving 14 calls, said that Prince
Charles’s butler at Highgrove House had been the target of similar threats.
“It was always the same man and he had an Irish accent. The police said there was a possibility that it was an I.R.A. plot, but it could just as easily have been anyone,” he said.
