Toilet paper stolen
PA Dunedin Thieves have “ripped off” 130 cartons of toilet paper, valued about $4OOO, from a sealed railway goods container. The 9360 rolls of paper went missing between November 29, when the con-
tainer was loaded in Christchurch, and December 6, when it arrived in Dunedin. The police said yesterday that only half the container had been emptied and they believe the thieves may have thought the consignment was cartons of cigarettes.
