Applicants should have a degree in agriculture or forestry and be the holder of an Annual Practising Certificate in Soil Conservation. Annual salary within the range of $19,394 to $26,111. LAND RESOURCE OFFICER Position involves identification, collection and interpretation of water and soil data required for the preparation of catchment resource reports and management plans. An appropriate qualification would be a resource orientated degree, preferably with some post-graduate study. Annual salary within the range of $17,745 to $24,739. WATER RIGHTS OFFICER Head of a section administering the processing, supervision and monitoring of water rights. Applicants should have a tertiary qualification, preferably a degree in agricultural engineering. Annual salary within the range of $17,745 to $24,739. GROUNDWATER QUALITY SCIENTIST Position involves interpretation of water chemistry data relative to ground water hydrology. Applicants should have a post-graduate qualification and working experience in the groundwater quality and hydrology fields. Annual salary within the range of $20,665 to $27,487.
