Man charged over chase
Fa Auckland A man has denied three charges in the District Court at Auckland arising from a car chase on Sunday. Shane James Carter, aged 21, a driver, of Beachaven, appeared before Judge Imrie.
Carter was charged with
intentionally damaging an iron traffic barrier, the property of the Auckland Harbour Authority, dangerous driving, and failing to stop for a policeman. He was remanded on bail of $5OO to January 31 for a hearing.
