Andas change
Mr K. E. S. Fraser, the deputy chairman, will take over from Mr D. H. Scott as chairman of the Andas Group, Ltd.
The directors of Andas say that with the recent realignment of interests and the increased emphasis on computer-related activities within the company they consider it more appropriate for the chairmanship of the group to be assumed by a person with a detailed knowledge of the computer industry. Accordingly, they have agreed that Mr Fraser will take over from Mr Scott, from January 1.
Mr Scott will remain on the board as deputy chairman.
