Road Transport Association Inc. the Secretary for Transport has, by Decision No. 4649 granted an Increase of 1.6 per cent on all authorised rural and route cartage schedules and 0.6 per cent on all authorised town cartage rate schedules to take effect on expiry of the Price Freeze Regulations 1982. The full decision, which has immediate Effect, may be Inspected at the Ministry of Transport offices in Auckland, Hamilton, Napier, New Plymouth, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin, Whangarel, Rotorua, Tauranga, Wanganui, Gisborne, Palmerston North, Masterton, Nelson, Blenheim, Greymouth, Westport, Tlmaru and Invercargill.
