The South Korean Parliament has endorsed President Chun Doo Hwan’s appointment of Chin lee Chong as his new Prime Minister, said a parliamentary spokesman. Mr Chun has announced a big Government reshuffle replacing the Prime Minister, Mr Kim Sang Hyup, and affecting 11 Other Ministers of the 22-member Cabinet, after the deaths of four top Ministers in the Rangoon bombing on October 9. — Seoul
