The student newspaper, ‘Canta’, had 1 this to say: “A department-store of 1 S IkC/ word-weave ... if you have a specific f title in mind, be it cooking or poetry or s.f. or photography, it’s quite likely there... the books are there, in serried the UNIVERSITY stacks like the walls of a rat-runner’s BOOKSHOP, maze ... if only we could do away with nn!vp RS,TY the students who clutter up the place, phone 488-579 the atmos P here would be perfect.” Actually, we like the students, and they like the books too! But now lectures have finished we aren’t so cluttered. We are open Monday-Friday 8.30-5.30.
