The . posters will be judged on November 4 by Sir Ronald Scott, Shona Macfarlane, and Miles Warren.

Prize money of $2OOO has been given by Bascands, Ltd.

The $2OOO prize is one of the biggest offered in New Zealand for a visual arts competition, which has played a big part in prompting a good response from artists. An exhibition of the best 30 entries will be staged during the festival from February 25 to March 18.
