Public Notices KAIAPOI BOROUGH COUNCIL RIVER CARNIVAL OCTOBER 30, 1983 NOTICE is given that the Kalapol River upstream of The Ashketan Boat Ramp will be closed to all craft other than those Involved In the River Carnival from 9.30 a_m. to 4.00 pm. on Sunday, October 30, 1983. River Launch wardens will be on patrol to ensure that no unauthorised craft travel upstream of Ashketan. The co-operation of boat owners is sought so that no inconvenience Is caused to those participating In the Carnival. R. N. McCABE, Town Clerk.
