Taxation charges
Six charges of failing to account for tax deductions from employees of Berryman Properties, Ltd, have been adjourned to November 4 by Judge Fraser in the District Court yesterday. Mr A. M. Mclntosh, for the Department of Inland Revenue, alleges that the company failed to account for a total of $38,279 between October, 1982, and March, this year. No plea was entered on behalf of the company.
