Engineering companies are invited to tender for this work Involved in supplying new and reconditioning existing parts for this job. The work includes reconditioning two end covers and two support rings, and the fabrication of two operating rings. This requires some fabrication in mild steel and stainless steel, and reconditioning of some parts by spray welding, and finally the fitting of the completed parts together. The parts are to be delivered to the Board’s depot at Hokitika and site installation will be carried out by the Board’s own staff. Drawings and specifications may be obtained from the undersigned.
