Public Notices WATER AND SOIL CONSERVATION ACT 1967 RIGHTS IN RESPECT OF NATURAL WATER WAIAU IRRIGATION SCHEME PUBLIC notification Is hereby given that the national water and soil conservation authority on September 21, 1983, decided pursuant to section 23 (1) of the Water and Soil Conservation Act 1967 to grant to the Minister of Works and Development the following rights for a period to expire on April 30, 1985.
