Those properties with even street numbers are permitted to use the City water supply for garden watering and Irrigation only on even numbered calendar days. Those properties with odd street numbers are permitted to use the City water supply for garden watering and Irrigation only on odd numbered calendar days. It is an offence against the Bylaw for any person to use water contrary to this prohibition. Exemption from the Restriction Exemption from the water restriction will be granted to bona fide commercial market gardeners who make an application to the Council In writing, stating their water consumption requirements, and can produce evidence that their chief livelihood is market gardening.
