Sir,—The answer to Cath Ford’s letter can be found in the same issue of “The Press” (September 19). The article “More jobs created by Punakaiki Park — report” shows that tourism will provide more jobs than logging native forests. If Federated Futures’ positive vision for the South Island is work, then they will surely support the Punakaiki Park Proposal.— Yours, etc., GRAEME TAYLOR. September 19, 1983.
