Brings a touch of class to this field. Beat some talented metric milers in Winter Cup at Riccarton two starts back. Proved earlier that he can cope pith heavy footing. WHAKATANE PRINCE MAJESTIC (Race 7), b g, 6 yis, by Noble BijouPrincess Mellay; trained at Takamni by R. C. Verner. Brilliant gdloper which should now appreciate this distance. Past whner on the course and likely to start at restricted odds, despite the strength of the opposition.
