BARHAM, Monica Frances, of 205 Mt Pleasant Road, Christchurch — On September 19, 1983, at Christchurch Hospital, dearly loved wife of Cecil, mother of Janice and Derek Friend, the late Allan, Don and Jenny, Shirley and Michael Pennington (Canberra), Michael (Wellington), and Heather and Philip Wilson (Taleri), grandmother of Cynthia, Katrina and Nigel Friend, Sam and Joby Barham, Simon and Andrew Pennington, and Steven and Geffrey Wilson, sister of Patricia McDonald (Auckland), Margaret Blacke (Tauranga), the late Joan Ford, and Esmay Lonergan (Whakatane), and daughter of Allan -C. and the late Hildegard Ford (Invercargill). The Funeral service will be held in the Church of the Epiphany, Jollies Pass Road, Hanmer Springs, This Day (Wednesday), at 10.30 a.m., to be followed by a service in St Barnabas’ Anglican Church, Fendalton Road, at 2.30 p.m., thereafter private cremation.
