Stewed tomatoes
What you need: 6 large tomatoes 2 large onions 1 green pepper 30g butter salt
What you do: 1. Peel the onjpns and chop them finely. 2. Chop the green pepper into small pieces. 3. Melt the butter in a frying pan. 4. Fry the onions and the green pepper in the butter until the onions are lightly browned. g: 5. Add the tomatoes atfd a
small sprinkling of salt. 6. Cover the pan and simmer for about half an hour. 7. Serve with a meal or eat on toast.
