Prison sentence
Wang Dabin, one of the “five little generals” who commanded armies of young “Red Guards” to humiliate veteran leaders in the mid-19605, has been sentenced to nine years in prison, reports a Canton newspaper. The “Yangcheng Evening News” said that Wang was sentenced by the Intermediate People’s Court in the central Chinese city of Wuhan on charges of framing and persecuting Marshal Peng Teh-huai.— Peking.
