Wellington won the tournament from Mana, with Hutt Valley in third place. BASKETBALL Wellington College and Kelston Boys’ High will meet in the final of the national secondary school’s basketball championships in Wellington tonight. In last evening’s semi-finals, Wellington beat Timaru Boys’ College 54-50, while Kelston accounted for Rongotai College (Wellington) 84-50. The defending champions, Church College, of Hamilton, loomed as title favourites for the New Zealand secondary schoolgirls’ basketball championships being played at Napier.
