Cathy Strong and Bob Parker have been chosen as hosts of the “This is New Zealand” programme being made now for showing on the American cable television network, SPN. Starting on September 6, “This is New Zealand” will go coast-to-coast weekly at 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time with one hour of a high-quality magazine of totally New Zealand content, says Energy Source Television, Ltd, which is producing the programme. It is being produced completely in New Zealand and the two front people have the role of linking the programme items and “developing a strong, distinctively open and friendly New Zealand style” atmosphere.
