State funeral
The Italian President has attended the State funeral of a senior magistrate and three other men who died in a Mafia-style bomb attack in Palermo. Rtocco Chinnici, head of the Palermo Prosecutor’s Office, was being escorted by two policemen from his flat to his car when a bomb exploded nearby, killing the three men and a porter and injuring many pedestrians.— Palermo.
