Any person or body affected or representing some relevant aspect of the public Interest may give written notice to the Council of their support or opposition to any such submissions or objections before 4 p.m. on Monday, September 5, 1983. The notice must be In writing in Form D as set out In the First Schedule of the Town Planning Regulations 1978 or to the like effect. Every person or body giving such notice shall within 14 days after giving notice to the Council, serve a copy of the notice on any objector affected.
