Applicants must be sons or daughters of residents of the County and in the age bracket of 18 to 23 years. The fee for the course (24 days) is $715 Inclusive of return travel and the Council will meet half of this fee, provided the applicant can satisfy the Council that he or she alone has earned the balance of the fee.
