TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1977 PUBLIC NOTICE OF DISTRICT SCHEME VARIATION THE Paparua County Council has prepared the following variation to the First Review of the District Planning Scheme. VARIATION NO. 24 REZONING AN AREA IN KENNEDYS BUSH ROAD TO RESIDENTIAL 3E This variation has been notified to rezone an area In Kennedys Bush Road from the existing Rural 1 zoning to Residential 3E. The area involved Is on existing settlement for which a sewerage scheme Is now being proposed. The zone allows one dwelling per existing title. Full copies of the variation may be Inspected at the Council Offices, 149 Main South Road during normal office hours. Submissions and objections to the variation may be made by any body or person affected or representing some relevant aspect of the public Interest. Submissions and objections shall be In writing In Form C prescribed In the Schedule of the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1978 or to the like effect and shall be lodged at the office of the Council not later than 4.00 p.m. on the 22nd August, 1983. Copies of Form C are available from the Council offices. At a later date every submission or objection will be open for public inspection and any body or person who wishes to support or oppose any submission or objection will be entitled to do so. B. L.
