Point, Te Papapa. Two men (pictured), the president of the Auckland Microlight Club, Mr Reg Fleet (left), and Mr Paul Webster struggled 'in the habour’s thick mud to free the 70 kg craft Later, with the help of a light truck and a long rope, it was hauled to firmer ground. “I needed a landing
ana inai was aone in me mud,” said Mr Julian. “I did not have a great deal of choice.” The aeroplane started to sink after the landing, prompting a struggle to rescue it ahead of the tide.
